Welcome!
The desire of our Band Program is that each child be challenged to do his or her best, to learn the value of hard work, and to appreciate commitment. Through preparation and performance of a marching show or concert performance, each student is challenged to develop a variety of skills including social skills, time managment, personal discipline, citizenship, leadership, and of course, musianship. These skills serve our students long after they have graduated and left our program.

Over the course of each school year, the product that makes us proud as teachers and parents, in both outdoor and indoor performances, is not that product which can be measured by a scoring system or panel of judges. Though it is fun and rewarding to make finals, win trophies, and earn superior ratings, for students, parents, and staff alike, at the end of each year our joy comes most from seeing how much our children have learned and grown. It comes from looking back on that first day when they walk in the door and then seeing how far we as a group, as well as individuals, have come.
